Yes.
We only use our own staff, no agency and no temporary staff. They are very reliable.
Yes. All our staff have training in alternative communication methods.
No we work with any one of any age.
Sometimes we get funding from a borough or a City Council and they will only let us provide for people who live in that area.
We never have enough money to fund everything from one source so we try to keep our fees very low and never turn anyone away who genuinely cannot manage to pay but most people can manage a small contribution and it all helps to keep services running. Paying for something means that you have more say in the service you can expect to receive.
We would love to do more but there is just not enough money.
We do offer some services on the edges of both London and Birmingham but unless funding is available we cannot start new things elsewhere. If we get asked to replicate what we do currently in new places and there is funding to go with that we would be delighted.
