New South London Scheme officially open!
As of the 2nd Nov the club has started permanent sessions for children and young people with an ASC aged between 8 and 16.
We offer structured activities, in small groups with a specialist and experienced play team and the same children attending weekly. Children who are allocated places will be able to enjoy and explore through play, try out new skills and best of all develop independence as this will be time without parents. Resources for Autism Matters!
Resources for Autism was selected as one of the three charities for October 2008 in the Temple Fortune branch on Finchley Road.
£1,000 was available to divide between us and two other charities.
Customers were offered a token every time they shopped. These could then be inserted in one of three Perspex tubes. The tokens have now been weighed and we were the winning charity!!! We have been awarded £470!

Most are isolated and ignored, unable to access the required support, and are often completely dependent on their families. I Exist seeks to change this and ensure that adults with autism have the support they need.
